We are Laura Antonyan and Waqar Shafiq, the founders of THE AGENCY.

Our journey into the real estate industry didn’t follow a traditional path — it began with our own initiative. For many years, we successfully rented and managed our own properties — efficiently, profitably, and always with a genuine sense for the needs of our tenants. From this hands-on experience, a clear conviction emerged: real estate can be run economically while remaining fair, transparent, and tenant-focused.

Professionally, our backgrounds are in controlling, digitalization, marketing, and sales. This gives us a well-balanced mix of analytical skills, structure, and an instinct for communication and perfect positioning. All of these are strengths we now apply specifically to real estate optimization.
